McLennan Orange wins McLennan Classic

The McLennan Orange team shot 296-283 – 579 to claim the team championship of the McLennan Classic held at the par-72, 7,478-yard Twin Rivers Golf Club.
 
The McLennan Blue team shot 297-305 – 602 and the McLennan White team shot 306-317 – 623 to finish tied for fifth place and in 10th place, respectively.
 
Hutchinson shot 297-301 – 598 and New Mexico shot 294-304 – 598 to finish tied for second, 19 strokes behind McLennan Orange.
 
Sophomore Ryan Beatty shot 71-69 – 140 to lead the Highlanders and claim the individual title.
