Highlanders sign Letters of Intent
Baseball players headed to Arkansas, West Virginia and North Carolina State
Four McLennan Community College baseball players singed National Letters of Intent.
Sterling Wynn, a sophomore left-handed pitcher from China Spring, will sign with North Carolina State University. Wynn appeared in 11 games at Baylor University in the spring and is the son of William and Carolyn Wynn.
Sophomore third baseman Max Hogan, a Belton native, and shortstop Matt Campbell, a sophomore from Chesapeake, Virginia, will sign with the University of Arkansas. Hogan, the son of George and Penny Hogan, appeared in eight games for Dallas Baptist University last season. Campbell recorded a 0.231 batting average in 17 games at the University of North Carolina and is the son of David and Romona Campbell.
Redshirt freshman Greg Maisto, a left-handed pitcher from Southlake, will sign with West Virginia University. Maisto transferred to McLennan from Texas A&M University.
