McLennan baseball team, players ranked by Perfect game

The McLennan Community College baseball team is ranked 31st on the list of the Top 50 Junior College Teams by Perfect Game USA released yesterday.
Along with the team ranking, two players were named to the Top 200 JUCO Prospects list.
Sterling Wynn, a sophomore left-handed pitcher from China Spring, is No. 49. He appeared in 11 games at Baylor University last season and signed to play for North Carolina State University in 2015.
Redshirt freshman Greg Maisto, a left-handed pitcher from Southlake, is listed at No. 179. Maisto transferred to McLennan from Texas A&M Univerisity this year and has signed with West Virginia University for next season.
The Highlander program begins a new era this season as Mitch Thompson takes the helm as head coach. McLennan opens the season on the road this weekend with a three-game series at New Mexico Junior College.
