McLennan Highlanders jump into NJCAA Top-10

The red-hot McLennan baseball squad is ranked No. 10 in the final NJCAA Division I Baseball Poll.

Wabash Valley (Illinois) is No.1, followed by Walters State (Tennessee) at No. 2 and Crowder (Missouri) at No. 3. San Jacinto (Texas) and Cowley County (Kansas) round out the top five.

Navarro (No. 12) and Howard (No. 20) are the only other Texas squads in the poll. Temple, Weatherford and Cisco are all receiving votes.

McLennan will host Cisco in a best-of-three Super Regional series this weekend at Bosque River Ballpark.
