McLennan Highlanders holding steady at No. 6 in NJCAA poll

The Highlander Baseball squad, with a 21-7 record, is holding steady at No. 6 in the latest NJCAA Division I Baseball Rankings released today.

Walters State (Tennessee) moved into the top spot this week with a record of 31-4. Santa Fe (New Mexico), with a record of 31-1, jumped three spots to No. 2. Central Arizona (31-5) and Iowa Western (19-0) remain at No. 3 and No. 4, respectively. Central Florida, the previous No. 1, fell to No. 5 with a 31-3 record.

Other Texas schools in the rankings are Blinn (26-8) at No. 10 and Weatherford (23-7) tied for No. 17.
