Other Texas teams ranked include: Howard, fell four spots to No. 6, 22-3; Trinity Valley, up one spot to No. 7, 20-4; South Plains, up one spot to No. 8, 20-5; Kilgore, remaining at No. 12, 21-3; Midland, down two spots to No, 13, 22-4; and Odessa, down four spots to No. 22, 17-7.New Mexico (21-4), a Region V opponent, is up four spots to No. 18.
