McLennan men's golf slips in NJCAA poll

The McLennan Community College men's golf team slipped two spots to 14th in the latest NCJAA Division I Men's Golf Poll released today.

Dodge City (Kansas) moved into the top spot, followed by Odessa (Texas) and Indian Hills (Iowa) in a tie for second. Central Alabama and Midland (Texas) round out the top five.
 
New Mexico (ninth), Western Texas (11th), Ranger (17th) and New Mexico Military (19th) are the other Region V teams represented in the poll.
 
The Highlanders are the defending national champions and have claimed top-10 finishes in all five of their tournaments this fall.
