Four Highlander golfers announce Letter of Intent signings

Four members of the McLennan men's golf team have solidified their plans to continue their academic and athletic careers next fall. Kade Miller will be attending Abilene Christian University and Marshall Martin is headed to Sterling College in Sterling, Kansas.  Tyler Uhlig will attend the University of Texas at Tyler while Tyler Walsh, a member of the team from 2014-16, will attend the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Miller, a Lorena native, competed in eight tournaments for the Highlanders as a sophomore, finishing tied for eighth at the NJCAA Division I National Championship to earn second-team All-American honors. Martin, of San Antonio, competed in three tournaments last fall. Uhlig, from Tomball, competed in nine tournaments as a sophomore including a fifth-place finish at the Tyler Junior College Invitational.
