McLennan golf squad holding steady at No. 8 in Bushnell poll

The McLennan Highlanders remained at No.8 in this week's Bushnell Golfweek NJCAA Division I Poll.

Midland (Texas) remained at No. 1, followed by Hutchinson (Kansas) and Indian Hills (Iowa) tied at No. 2. Odessa (Texas) slipped one spot to No. 4, and Eastern Florida State remained at No. 5.

McLennan, Midland and Odessa all compete in NJCAA Region V and are halfway through the qualifying process for the NJCAA National Championships. The teams will compete in the District II Championship April 26-27 in Fort Worth. The scores from that tournament will be combined with the scores from the Southwest Championship to determine the four qualifying teams for the national tournament.
