McLennan Highlanders No. 6 in Coaches Poll

The McLennan Highlanders jumped one spot to No. 6 in the latest Bushnell/Golfweek NJCAA Division I Coaches Poll. Hutchinson (Kansas) and New Mexico continue to hold the top two spots. Eastern Florida State jumped two spots to No. 3, while Odessa (Texas) fell one spot to No. 4. Dodge City (Kansas) rounds out the top-five. Western Texas and Midland are tied for seventh and are the only other Texas schools in the rankings. Ranger and Blinn are receiving votes. The Highlanders will compete in the Southwest Region Championship Oct. 28 in Brownwood.
