Highlander Golf No. 9 in Bushnell poll

The McLennan Highlanders dropped two spots to No. 9 in the latest Bushnell/Golfweek NJCAA DI Coaches Poll, receiving 34 points.

Hutchinson (Kansas) and New Mexico remain in the top two spots with 39 and 37 points, respectively. Midland moved up one spot to No. 3 with 30 points, followed by Dodge City (Kansas), up one spot to No. 4 with 25 points. Eastern Florida State rounds out the top fie with 24 points.

Other Texas schools in the poll: Western Texas, down three spots to No. 6, 19 points; Odessa, up three spots to No. 7, 16 points; and Ranger, down one spot to No. 10, 3 points.
