Highlanders claim National Preview championship

The McLennan Highlanders shot 281-284 – 565 to claim the championship at the NJCAA Division I National Preview in Newton, Kansas.

Weatherford (Texas) and Hutchison (Kansas) finished tied for second with 285-286 – 571 and 286-285 – 571, respectively.

Sophomore Abe Bignell shot 67-69 – 136 and to claim the individual championship.
