Highlassies win two in Kilgore

The McLennan Highlassies picked up two wins on Saturday at the Kilgore Tournament.

Stacey Underwood picked up the 4-2 win in the circle over Kilgore. Sevanah Campos and Kaymee Gooden both hit doubles. Campos and Darian Sanchez recorded RBIs.

The Highlassies defeated Independence (Kan.) 6-4 with Ashley Mills getting the win. Gooden led the team at the plate, going 3-4 with an RBI. Campos picked up two RBIs. Amber Mills and Courtney Mica had an RBI each. Summer Dolezel recorded a double.
