McLennan Softball's Herzinger earns conference award

Julia Herzinger, a catcher/designated hitter for the McLennan Softball squad, has been named the North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference's Co-Position Player of the week for March 21-27. The freshman from Magnolia, notched a .700 batting average in four games last week with three home runs, six RBIs, three walks and five runs scored.
