McLennan Softball holding steady at No. 6

For the second consecutive week, the McLennan Softball squad is holding steady at No. 6 in he NJCAA Division I Softball Rankings. The squad is on a 27-game winning streak with an overall record f 44-4 and lead the conference with a record of 23-1.

Yavapai and Florida Southwestern State each moved up one spot this week to No. 1 and No. 2, respectively. Wallace State, the previous No. 1, fell to spots to No. 3. Seminole State (Oklahoma) and Odessa remained at No. 4 and No. 5.

Grayson, a conference opponent of McLennan remains at No. 7. Howard continues to receive votes.

McLennan hosts Tempe in a 1 p.m. conference doubleheader Wednesday at Bosque River Ballpark.
