Rutherford earns Position Player of the Week honor

McLennan Softball's Riley Rutherford is the North Texas Junior College's Athletic Conference's Position Player of the Week for Jan. 22-29. The sophomore catcher/designated player had a .444 batting average with a double, two home runs and five RBI in four games. In two games against Chipola, Rutherford was 3-6 with two home runs, four RBI, a walk and two runs scored.
