McLennan's Meier earns Player of the Week award

McLennan Softball's Taylor Meier is the North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference's Position Player of the Week for April 9-15. The freshman outfielder from Flower Mound had a .800 batting average last week, picking up six RBI and scoring five runs. In McLennan's 19-8 win over Cisco, Meier was 2-2 at the plate with a triple, three RBI, three runs scored and two stolen bases. She was also 2-3 with a double, three RBI, two runs scored and a stolen base in the 14-1 victory over Cisco.
