12 McLennan student- athletes named to 2024 CSC Academic All-District® Teams
Student-athletes from McLennan's baseball, softball, men's golf and women's golf squads were named to the 2024 Academic All-District® College Division At-Large Teams released today by College Sports Communicators (CSC).
Academic All-District® Teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the athletic realm and in the classroom. To be nominated, student-athletes must have a minimum GPA of 3.50 and meet participation requirements for their sport.
The College Division encompasses two-year institutions from across the United States, Canadian institutions and all other institutions with national affiliations other than the NCAA or NAIA. The CSC Academic All-America® program also separately recognizes honorees in four other divisions – NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Academic All-District® honorees are considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members with Academic All-America® honorees being announced July 16-17.
