Martin nabs all-tournament honor

Highlassie forward Caylinne Martin was named to the Midland College Women's National Invitational Tournament team released today.

Martin, a freshman from Houston, averaged nine points and 4.3 rebounds in the Highlassies' three tournament games.

Fanni Csutoras of Iowa Western was named the tournament MVP. Other all-tournament selections: Mary Savoy and Sierra Dixon (Midland), Talayiah Rich and Elise Spann (Odessa), Holly Blades (Southern Idaho), Jasmine Trimboli and Chenell Pelle (Iowa Western), and Jazmine Spears and Autumn Williams (Trinity Valley).
