Nephew earns Player of the Week honor

Sophomore Mersadez Nephew is the North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference Player of the Week for Dec. 26-Jan. 2. The 5-7 guard from Willis, Texas, scored 28 points in the Highlassies' 96-56 win over Coastal Bend, going 12-17 from the field and 4-8 from 3-point range.
