Highlanders finish fifth at Texas Intercollegiate

The McLennan Highlanders shot 306-302-306 – 914 to finish in fifth place at the Texas Intercollegiate in Westworth Village.
 
Blinn moved up a spot to claim the team title with 303-291-294 – 888 followed by Weatherford in second with 292-297-301 – 890 and Science & Arts of Oklahoma in third with 301-298-300 – 899. Host Texas Wesleyan was fourth with 297-304-300 – 901.
 
Aaliyah Hryniewiecka-Irwin shot 72-72-77 – 221 to lead the Highlanders and  finish tied for sixth place.
