Highlanders finish fifth at Preview

The McLennan Highlanders shot 336-326 – 662 to finish in fifth at the NJCAA Southwest District Preview at Canyon West in Weatherford.
 
Odessa was first with 303-292 – 595, followed by New Mexico in second with 304-306 – 610 and Weatherford in third with 320-314 – 634. Western Texas was fourth with 336-305 – 641.
 
Aaliyah Hryniewiecka-Irwin shot 72-72 – 144 to lead McLennan and finish in second place individually.
